REPORT
Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Infrastructure hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –
- Land transaction –
To lease-in 26 Clos des Sables, St. Brelade . JE3 8HJ for a period of 9 years, as per the terms set out in the report accompanying the Ministerial Decision.
The Minister hereby authorises, as applicable, the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public; and the Director of Property Holdings to conclude any contract which is required to be concluded on behalf of the Public.
After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

- Land transaction –
The acquisition of The Maisonette', 44 Kensington Place, St. Helier , which forms part of the site acquisition requirements of the proposed Future Hospital site, approved as the preferred site by the States Assembly under P.110/2016. Vacant possession of the property is required by the third quarter of 2018 in order that the construction programme set out in the Outline Business Case, as contained in P.107/2017, can be achieved.
The Minister hereby authorises, as applicable, the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public; and the Director of Property Holdings to conclude any contract which is required to be concluded on behalf of the Public.
After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
