REPORT
Decision(s): Under Standing Order 168(3) the Minister for Infrastructure hereby notifies the States that he has accepted the recommendation of the Property Holdings Department to agree to the following –
- Land transaction –
The cancellation of the existing 99-year lease of Apartment No. 5, Block H, Les Quennevais Park, St. Brelade ; and the transfer to the present lessees of the Public's flying-freehold interest in the unit, for an agreed consideration, plus reasonable costs incurred, in accordance with the approved policy (under MD-PH-2012-0124) and the independent valuation arranged by Jersey Property Holdings.
The Minister hereby authorises, as applicable, the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public; and the Director of Property Holdings to conclude any contract which is required to be concluded on behalf of the Public.
After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

- Land transaction –
For the Public of the Island of Jersey to enter into a new 9-year lease of Liberté House, 19–23 La Motte Street, St. Helier , to be occupied by the Health and Social Services Department ("HSSD"). This will achieve the co-location of 3 HSSD services that are currently located disparately and in accommodation that is not fit for purpose.
The Minister hereby authorises, as applicable, the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public; and the Director of Property Holdings to conclude any contract which is required to be concluded on behalf of the Public.
After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

In order for it to become a designated Bye-Road and thus a "Public Road", to which the full provisions of the Road Traffic (Jersey) Law 1956 will apply –
- that the Public enter into a boundary contract to ratify the western boundary of La Rue Voisin; and
- to transfer the ownership of La Rue Voisin, St. Brelade to the Parochial Authority, subject to the terms set out in the report accompanying the Ministerial Decision.
The Minister hereby authorises, as applicable, the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public; and the Director of Property Holdings to conclude any contract which is required to be concluded on behalf of the Public.
After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.

That the Public of the Island enter into a 9-year lease of the Jersey Round Tower known as Grève de Lecq Tower, Grève de Lecq car park, St. Ouen. The lease will utilise an otherwise unoccupied asset and provide the Public with revenue.
The Minister hereby authorises, as applicable, the Attorney General and the Greffier of the States to pass any contract which is required to be passed on behalf of the Public; and the Director of Property Holdings to conclude any contract which is required to be concluded on behalf of the Public.
After the expiry of 15 days following presentation to the States the transaction may be concluded.
