REPORT

On 22nd August 2022, the Chief Minister made a Ministerial Decision delegating certain of her functions under Articles 28, 30 and 30A of the States of Jersey Law 2005 (see Decision reference MD-CM-2022-531, available at www.gov.je).

The terms of the delegations, and the legislation under which those delegations were made, were recorded in a Report attached to the Ministerial Decision, as shown below –

Following the appointments of Connétable A.N Jehan of St. John and Deputy A.F. Curtis of St. Clement as Assistant Ministers to the Chief Minister on 22 July 2022, the Chief Minister decided to appoint Deputy L.K.F. Stephenson of St. Mary , St. Ouen and St. Peter as an Assistant Minister to the Chief Minister.
