A programmeof rolling reviewsof services issensiblemanagement practice and is to be undertaken as part ofthe initiative to improve efficiency andreducecoststhroughout the public sector. Thesereviews will include assessing whetherservices are provided in the most efficient and effective manner.The Comptroller andAuditorGeneralwillmonitorthese reviews and results of reviews will beavailablefor scrutiny.
