COMMENTS
The Minister for Housing supports paragraph (a) of the Proposition of Deputy M. Tadier of St. Brelade to review the policy and practice regarding requiring new tenants to provide their own carpets and flooring when moving into a States property; and, as such, has undertaken the requested review, which is outlined in R.33/2014: Policy and practice relating to the provision of carpets and flooring for tenants: review, presented to the States on the same date as these comments. As such, the Minister considers paragraph (b) of the proposition unnecessary.
