Visit of Home Secretary
The President, having referred to
the fact that the States had been convened for the purpose of receiving the Right Honourable David Waddington, Q.C., M.P., Secretary of State for the Home Department, called on Senator Reginald Robert Jeune , the senior Member of the House, to move an address of welcome.
The Senator welcomed Mr. Waddington who then replied.
