THE STATES rejected a proposition of Deputy Gerard Clifford Lemmens Baudains of St. Clement requesting them to refer to their Act dated 10th November 1992 approving map No. 3-92 as the development plan for the St. Helier Waterfront area; and
(a ) r escind their decision that a conference hotel should be sited overlooking the yacht marina west of
the Albert Pier Reclamation Site;
(b ) charge the Planning and Environment Committee, in consultation with the Policy and Resources
Committee and the Waterfront Enterprise Board Limited, to create a green area for leisure use by the public on this site.
