The Committee, with reference to its Act No. A10 of 14th November 2003, Public Business noted that it had received two late expressions of interest from States members in the States - willing to join the Working Party on the Arrangement of Public Business in the proposed States. The members were -

P.R.E.O. The Committee agreed to amend the composition of the Working Party in the light of P.R.C.C. these new applications. It further agreed to expand the representation of E.D.C.(2) backbenchers on the basis that backbench members were most likely to be affected Ex.Off. by any future changes in the current procedures for the arrangement of Public Bailiff Business. The Committee approved the composition of the Working Party as follows
