Code of Practice A1. The Committee, with reference to its Act No. A5 of 9th January 2004, on Public access received a draft amendment to the Code of Practice on Public Access to Official to Official Information: Register of reports (P.196/2003).

Information:

Register of The Committee recalled that it had agreed that the deadline proposed by Deputy reports P.N. Troy in his proposition, namely that a register of reports should be in place (P.196/2003) - with effect from 1st March 2004', was unrealistic, approved the draft amendment, amendment together with the accompanying report on the basis that three months from the date 955(32) the proposition was accepted was a more realistic target.

Ex.Off. The Committee requested that the amendment be lodged au Greffe' accordingly. Pub.Ed.
