States members' A1. The Committee, with reference to its Act No. A3 of 19th May 2005, recalled remuneration. that it sought to amend the terms of reference of the Remuneration Review Body 1240/3(76) prior to commencement of a review of members' remuneration for the period 2006
– 2008.

Pub.Ed. The Committee received a draft report and proposition entitled, States Members' States (2) Remuneration Review Body – revised terms of reference'. It noted that the
proposition, if adopted would enable the Remuneration Review Body to consider and make recommendations on any matter relating to the remuneration, allowances and benefits available to elected members of the States as it considered appropriate, on the understanding that any recommendations made by the Body on matters other than on the actual level of remuneration payable to all elected members would not be implemented until such time as they had been debated and agreed by the States.
The Committee approved the report and proposition and further agreed that it should be lodged au Greffe' at the earliest available opportunity.
The Greffier of the States was requested to take the necessary action.
