Ministerial A1. The Committee, with reference to its Minute No. B2 of 18th October 2006, Government - received  and  considered  a  draft  proposition  entitled Ministerial  Government - review of the first review of the first 12 months P.77/2006: amendment'.

P.77/2006: The  Committee  recalled  that  it  had  approved  a  draft  amendment  to  Senator Amendment. Shenton's proposition which would extend the deadline for the production of the 465/1(77) report until 30th June 2007 at the very latest and set out terms of reference which Encl. were intended to cover all aspects of the new system where a review was considered

to be appropriate.

Prior  to  the  amendment  being  lodged  it  had  been  referred  to  the  Council  of Ministers for consideration as the terms of reference covered the workings of the Council of Ministers and Ministers. In this regard the Committee considered four changes which had been suggested by the Council of Ministers.

The Committee approved the draft amendment and requested that it be lodged au Greffe' for consideration by the States on 21st November 2006.

The Greffier of the States was directed to take the necessary action.
