THE STATES resumed consideration of a proposition of the Council of Ministers, as amended by the Council of Ministers, concerning the Strategic Plan 2006 to 2011 and commenced consideration of an amendment of the Deputy of St. Ouen that after the word"Appendix", there be inserted the words –
", except that,

THE STATES, having noted that the Council of Ministers, in accordance with the provisions of Standing Order 34, had withdrawn an amendment to the amendment of the Connétable of St. Helier that in the proposed new Outcome 1.1 for the words "Show the world", there be substituted the word "Demonstrate", adopted, as amended, the amendment of the Connétable of St. Helier.
