THE STATES commenced consideration of paragraphs (a) to (d) and (f) and (g) of a proposition of Senator Stuart Syvret concerning Goods and Services Tax: exempt or zero-rated items together with an amendment of the proposer that after paragraph  (g) there be inserted the following new paragraph –

" ( h) domestic energy and fuel".
