In accordance with the provisions of Standing Order 125(1) the Deputy of St. Martin, Chairman of the Education and Home Affairs Scrutiny Panel, nominated the Deputy of St. Mary as a member of that Panel.

There being no other nominations, the Bailiff declared that the Deputy of St. Mary was duly elected as a member of the Education and Home Affairs Scrutiny Panel.

THE STATES noted the resignation of the Deputy of St.  Mary as a member of the Corporate Services Scrutiny Panel.
