Draft States of A1.  The Committee, with reference to its Minute No. B2 of 8th January 2008, Jersey recalled that it had elected to oppose 2 amendments, lodged au Greffe' by Deputy (Amendment P.N. Troy and Deputy G.W.J. de Faye, to the draft States of Jersey (Amendment No.5) (Jersey) No.5) (Jersey) Law 200-.

Law 200-:

amendments. The  Committee  received  and  considered  2  draft  comments  to  the  foregoing 450/9(1) amendments.

The Committee approved the 2 comments, subject to the making of certain minor  and  inconsequential  amendments  to  that  which  referred  to  the amendment lodged by Deputy G.W.J. de Faye.

The Deputy Greffier of the States was requested to arrange for both comments to be presented to the States on or before 15th January 2008.
