Draft States of A1. The Committee, with reference to its Minute No. A7 of 10th January 2007, Jersey (Powers, considered the draft States of Jersey (Powers, Privileges and Immunities) (Scrutiny Privileges and Panels, PAC and PPC) (Amendment) (Jersey) Regulations 200-, together with an Immunities) accompanying report.

PAC and PPC) The  Committee  observed  that  the  draft  Regulations  would,  if  adopted,  enable (Amendment) technical advisors appointed by Scrutiny Panels to benefit from the same protection (Jersey) afforded to panel members and witnesses, in accordance with the wishes of the Regulations 200-. Chairmen's Committee.

The Committee approved the draft States of Jersey (Powers, Privileges and Immunities)  (Scrutiny  Panels,  PAC  and  PPC)  (Amendment)  (Jersey) Regulations 200-, together with the accompanying report, and requested that they be lodged au Greffe' in early course.

The Greffier of the States was authorized to take the necessary action.

Matters for A2. The Committee noted correspondence, dated 5th September 2008, from Mr. information. J. Henwood concerning the ongoing electoral registration campaign.
