In accordance with Article 9(9) of the Administrative Decisions (Review) (Jersey) Law 1982, as amended, the Committee agreed to present the report entitled Complaint by Mr. Graham Power against a decision of the Chief Minister regarding the refusal to provide information under the Code of Practice on Public Access to Official Information,' to the States on 14th October 2009.
The Committee Clerk was directed to take the necessary action.
