Standing Order A1. The Committee, with reference to its Minute No. A7 of 15th June 2010, 168 of the received an amended draft comment in connexion with the proposition entitled: Standing Orders Disposal of States Property: revised procedure, lodged au Greffe' on 25th May 2010 of the States of by Deputy P.V.F. Le Claire of St. Helier (P.63/2010 refers).

P.63/2010 (re- The Committee recalled that the draft comment which it had approved at its last issue). meeting had been forwarded to the Director, Property Holdings, for consideration. It 450/2/1(17) was noted that one minor amendment had been suggested to reflect the position
whereby the new Law extending notice periods for residential tenancies would apply to private as well as social rented tenancies.
The Committee approved the amended comment on P.63/2010 and agreed that it should be presented to the States in early course.
The Greffier of the States was requested to take the necessary action.
