Standing Orders: A1. The Committee, with reference to its Minute No. A4 of 10th May 2011, selection and received a draft comment in respect of the proposition Standing Orders: selection appointment and appointment procedures,' lodged au Greffe on 14th April 2011 by Deputy M. procedures. Tadier of St. Brelade (P.61/2011 refers).

450/2/1(57) The Committee recalled that the proposition asked the States to agree to request the
Privileges and Procedures Committee to review the selection and appointment procedures set out under Standing Orders. The Committee had been opposed the proposition on the basis that any such review should be carried out as part of a coherent examination of processes. Having considered the content of the draft comment in respect of the proposition, the Committee accordingly approved the same and requested that it be presented to the States in early course.
The Greffier of the States was requested to take the necessary action.
States of Jersey A2. The Committee received the States of Jersey Complaints Panel: draft report Complaints for 2010,' for presentation to the States by the Privileges and Procedures Panel: Report for Committee.
