Review of the A1. The Committee, with reference to its Minute No. B1 of 8th March 2011, roles of the received a draft report for presentation to the States in respect of the in Committee' Crown Officers. debate scheduled to take place on 29th March 2011 in connexion with the findings 499/3(22) contained  within  the  report: The  Review  of  the  roles  of  the  Crown

Officers' (R.143/2010 refers).

The Committee recalled that it had agreed to present a report to the States, the purpose of which would be to establish the basis for the in Committee' debate. Having noted the content of the report, the Committee accordingly approved the same, and requested that it be presented to the States at the earliest opportunity. It was further agreed that the Chairman should draft correspondence for circulation to all States members outlining the arguments for and against the various options arising from the recommendations made by the review panel in its report.

The Greffier of the States was requested to take the necessary action.
