The Committee, with reference to its Minute No. A6 of 22nd March 2011, voting on Sunday received a draft comment in respect of the proposition Public elections: voting on 16th October Sunday 16th October 2011,' lodged au Greffe on 15th March 2011 by Deputy T.M. 2011 Pitman of St. Helier (P.40/2011 refers).

approved the same and requested that it be presented to the States at the earliest opportunity.
