THE STATES rejected an amendment by Deputy Geoffrey Peter Southern of St. Helier that after Regulation 14 there should be inserted the following Regulation –

"15 Schedule 1A amended in 2013

In paragraph 3(2)(c) of Schedule 1A for the amount 2%' there shall be substituted the amount 4%'.".

THE STATES rejected a proposition of Deputy Paul Vincent Francis Le Claire of St. Helier that consideration of the propositions of the Minister for Economic Development entitled Draft Shops (Regulation of Opening) (Jersey) Regulations 201-' (P.95/2011) and Draft Shops (Regulation of Opening and Deliveries) (Jersey) Law 2010 (Appointed Day) Act 201-' (P.96/2011) should be deferred until 13th September 2011.
