request to The Committee recalled that it had lodged the proposition au Greffe' on 9th defer debate. September 2013 and that it was scheduled for debate on 22nd October 2013. It was 465/1(185) noted that the Chief Minister had requested that the debate be postponed by a
period of two weeks in order for analysis to be undertaken with regard to the possible inclusion of the Ministerial Code of Conduct within the scope of the proposition. The department considered that it would have sufficient time to complete the work if the debate was to be deferred for two weeks.
The Committee, having considered the request, agreed that the debate should be deferred accordingly.
