465/1(194) The Committee recalled that Professors McLean and Johnston had been appointed
as advisors to carry out a review of the reform proposals P.93/2013; P.94/2013; P.98/2013; P.116/2013; P.117/2013 and related amendments, and had prepared the report accordingly. The Committee requested the Chairman to prepare a foreword to the report and agreed to present the report to the States as comments in respect of the aforementioned propositions and amendments. The Greffier of the States was requested to take the necessary action.
