THE STATES resumed consideration of the proposition of the Council of Ministers entitled Medium Term Financial Plan 2013 – 2015' (P.72/2015) and commenced consideration of part 1 of an amendment of Deputy Montfort Tadier of St. Brelade (Amendment (9)).
The Presiding Officer informed the Assembly that paragraph (iv) of the amendment of Deputy Montfort Tadier of St. Brelade (Amendment (9)) had been withdrawn following the decision of the States on 23rd September to reject the annulment of the Income Support (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 17) (Jersey) Order 2015 (P.106/2015).
THE STATES commenced consideration of an amendment of Deputy Montfort Tadier of St. Brelade to the amendment – (Amendment (9)) (Amendment) – and the Presiding Officer informed the Assembly that, following the decision of the States on 23rd September 2015 to reject the annulment of the Income Support (General Provisions) (Amendment No. 17) (Jersey) Order 2015 (P.106/2015), paragraph (iv) of the amendment was deemed to have been withdrawn.
THE STATES, adopting an amendment of Deputy Montfort Tadier of St. Brelade (Amendment (9)) (Amendment), agreed that, on page 2, amendment 1, for the columns headed 2016 and 2017 in the table there should be substituted the following columns –
