THE STATES resumed consideration of a proposition of the Minister for Social Security entitled Draft Employment (Amendment No. 10) (Jersey) Law 201-' and, adopting paragraph 1 of an amendment of Deputy Samuel Yves Mézec of St. Helier , agreed that Article 5 should be deleted, and Articles 6 to 14 renumbered accordingly.

THE STATES commenced consideration of Article 17 of the Draft Employment (Amendment No. 10) (Jersey) Law 201- and, adopting paragraph 3 of an amendment of Deputy Samuel Yves Mézec of St. Helier , agreed that, in Article 17 for "Article 13(b)" there should be substituted "Article 12(b)".

- in paragraph (a), for "Articles 13(b) and 17" there should be substituted "Articles 12(b) and 15";
- in paragraph (b), for "Articles 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12(b), 13(a) and 16" there should be substituted "Articles 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11(b), 12(a) and 14".
