Complaints  A1.  The Committee, with reference to its Minute No. A1 of 4th December 2018, Board:  recalled that, as required to do so in accordance with Article 9(9) of the Administrative complaint by  Decisions (Review) (Jersey) Law 1982 (the Law'), it had presented to the States the Mr. Huda  report of the States of Jersey Complaints Board (the Board') in connexion with a against the  complaint by Mr. Huda against the Minister for Health and Social Services, regarding Minister for  an unresolved complaint and allegations of racism.

Social  On 12th February 2019, the Minister for Health and Social Services (the Minister') had Services,  presented his response to the Board's report (R.148/2018 Res. referred). This response regarding an  had been circulated to members of the Board, who had decided to address various unresolved  statements made therein by the Minister.
