Assessment of Mental Health Services S.R.4/2019

THE STATES, adopting a proposition of the Chairman of the Health and Social Security Scrutiny Panel, resolved to sit in-Committee in order to discuss the Panel's report, Assessment of Mental Health Services' (S.R.4/2019).

Roll call

During the in-Committee consideration of the report of the Health and Social Security Scrutiny Panel entitled Assessment of Mental Health Services' (S.R.4/2019), the Deputy Bailiff , in accordance with Standing Order 56(2), directed that elected members be summoned as the Assembly was inquorate. In accordance with Standing Order 56(2), having allowed such time as he considered reasonable for elected members to return to the Chamber, the Presiding Officer asked the Greffier to call the roll, as he believed that the States remained inquorate. THE STATES, on a proposition of the Connétable of Grouville , marked the centenary of the Assembly's adoption of the Loi (1919) sur les droits électoraux, which had extended the franchise to women in Jersey for the first time.
