Commissioner A1. The Committee, with reference to Minute No. A1 of its meeting of 8th June 2021, for Standards - recalled that a Freedom of Information (FOI) request had been received seeking the Report into a correspondence from the Chief Minister and Senator K.L Moore submitted for the complaint investigation by the Commissioner for Standards into the Chief Minister's complaint against Senator against Senator Moore . Following Committee approval, both items of correspondence K.L Moore - were published on 8th June 2021.
Freedom of
Information The Committee was advised that, further to the publication of the correspondence, the request Chief Minister had requested that all items of correspondence surrounding the
Commissioner's investigation were published. The Committee noted that the additional material had not initially been published because the FOI requested had only requested the two specific items of correspondence that were released.
The Committee agreed that the additional items of correspondence could be published and requested the Principal Committee and Panel Officer to make the necessary arrangements.
