Commissioner A1. The Committee received and considered a report, prepared by the Commissioner for Standards - for Standards (the Commissioner') following his investigation into a potential breach Report into a of the Code of Conduct for Elected Members by Senator K.L. Moore .

against Senator The Committee noted that Senator J.A.N Le Fondré had submitted a letter of complaint K.L Moore to the Commissioner following remarks made by Senator Moore during an ITV Channel

Following his investigation, the Commissioner found that Senator Moore had not breached the Code of Conduct. The Committee noted the findings of the Commissioner and agreed to publish the report, without appendices, after the same had been sent to Senator Moore . It instructed the Principal Committee and Panel Officer to take the necessary action.
