Note:  The Minutes of this meeting comprise Part A only.

Public  A1. The Committee, with reference to Minute No. B2 of its meeting of 19th April elections -  2021, received and considered a paper from the Greffier of the States which provided a automatic  detailed scheme for how automatic electoral registration would work. The Committee voter  recalled that the intention was to move from the current system to an automatic system registration  of registration, where centrally held data would be used to populate the electoral

register, in time for the 2022 election.

The Committee approved the proposal and requested the Greffier to make the necessary arrangements to progress with commissioning the appropriate software.
