Eligibility for  A1. The Committee, with reference to Minute No. B9 of its meeting of 22nd March Election  2021, received and considered a draft comments paper from the Diversity Forum Sub- (Amendment  Committee in relation to the Proposition entitled Eligibility for Election (Amendment to Laws)  to Laws) (Jersey) Law 202-' (P.22/2021) which had been lodged au Greffe' by the (Jersey) Law  Committee on 15th March 2021.

(P.22/2021) –  The Committee approved the comments paper and requested the Principal Committee Presentation of  and Panel Officer to make the necessary arrangements for it to be presented, on behalf Comments  of the Diversity Forum Sub-Committee, to the Assembly as soon as practicable.
