THE STATES commenced consideration of Article 10, re-numbered as Article 9, and, adopting part 2 of an amendment of the Children, Education and Home Affairs Scrutiny Panel (P.10/2021 Amd.(2)), agreed that, in Article 10 (re-numbered as Article 9), in the inserted Article 28AA(2)(b), for "subject to the Police Authority having adequate resources to commission an inspection" there should be substituted "which must be at least once every 4 years".
