  1. Final Draft Report

The Sub-Committee had previously received a copy of the final draft of its report. Following its last meeting, the Sub-Committee had met with Prospect Union and the NEU. The Sub- Committee recalled that it agreed to discuss its key findings and recommendations related to the SEB once it had met with the Unions. In that regard the Sub-Committee agreed a number of minor changes to the report.

The Chair advised the Sub-Committee that the original intention had been to meet the SEB to discuss the report, but, due to a lack of response in terms of finding a suitable date and time, the Chair was minded to submit the report to PPC for publishing. The Sub-Committee agreed and requested the Officer to take the necessary action.

  1. Future Meetings

Connétable Buchanan advised that a meeting with either the SEB or CoM would be beneficial in terms of consultation on the Sub-Committee's findings. The Chair confirmed that, should a meeting be offered, she would meet SEB/CoM but the report would still be submitted to PPC for publishing.
