THE STATES made Regulations entitled the Shipping (Registration) (Jersey) Amendment Regulations 2024 under Article 13 of the Shipping (Jersey) Law 2002.
THE STATES noted that, in accordance with the provisions of Standing Order 106, Connétable Michael Keith Jackson of St. Brelade declared an interest in the subject of the proposition of the Minister for Sustainable Economic Development, in that he was the owner of a business which offered representative person' services to non-resident Jersey vessel owners, and, as the interest was a financial interest that was personal to him, he withdrew from the Chamber for the duration of the debate on the proposition.
