The Order was made on 8th December 2000 and comes into force on 1st January 2001. R & O 138/2000

This Order increases the fee payable by a person in charge of a nursing home or a mental nursing home on first registration from £56 to £57, and the annual fee payable by a person carrying on a home from £66 to £67.50.
