1. a s recommended by the Health and Social Services Committee, the renewalofthe lease from Mr. EdwardGordonWeekesofthethree-bedroom (j) category property knownas16Magnolia Gardens, La  Route  de St.  Aubin, St. Lawrence, required  to accommodate Locum  Consultants  and  their families, for a period of one year from 1st February 2004,at a reduced annual rent of £17,000 (representing a rate of £326.92 a week), onthe sameterms and conditions as contained in the existing  lease, and with  each party  to  be responsible for its  own legal  fees arising  from  the transaction;
2. a s recommendedby the Environment and Public ServicesCommittee,therenewalof the leaseto Mrs. Julia Helen Roff, néeCrewdson of the propertyknownasSt.Aubin'sCafé,LaNeuveRoute, St. Brelade, for a period of nine yearsdeemed to have commencedon1st January 2002, atanannual rent of £6,000 with a rent review in the third and sixth year of the lease, onthe same termsand conditions as contained in the existing lease, and with each party toberesponsible for its own legal fees arising from the transaction; and,
3. as recommendedbytheEnvironment and Public Services Committee,theassignment of the lease of Colleens Café,GrevedeLecq, St. Ouen from Mrs. Gillian Geraldine Hidrio, née Carré, to Mr.John William EagleandMrs. Viviane Christine Eagle, née Le Tiec (to trade as Starfish Limited), from a date tobe agreed between the parties,on the sameterms and conditionsascontained in the existing lease, and with each party to be responsible for its ownlegalfees arising from the transaction.
