In accordance with Standing Order 22(3), Deputy A. Breckon of St. Saviour has instructed the Greffier of the States to withdraw the proposition regarding Court and Case Costs: investigation by Legal Budgets Limited, (P.126/2004 lodged "au Greffe" on 29th June 2004), and set down for consideration at the present meeting, the Deputy having lodged a revised proposition at the present meeting.

The purpose of this Order is to designate Mont Orgueil Castle situated in Gorey, in the Parish of Saint Martin, to be a site of special interest by reason of the special archaeological, architectural, cultural and historical interests that attach to it.

Article 1 describes the proposed site and special interests that attach to it. It also provides for the designation. Article 2 provides for the name of the Order and for its commencement.

Schedule 1 provides the description of the position and extent of the proposed site.

Schedule 2 shows a plan of the proposed site.

This Order was made on 15th July 2004 and came into force on that date.

The purpose of this Order is to designate La Ville au Veslet, and the land appurtenant to it situated at Le Mont Isaac in the Parish of Saint Lawrence, together with the buildings connected to La Ville au Veslet and situated on that land, to be a site of special interest by reason of the special archaeological, architectural and historical interests that attach to it.
