This Order re-enacts the provisions of the Community Provisions (Côte d'Ivoire– Restrictive Measures) (Jersey) Order 2005 in order to give effect to–

  1. amendments to Council Regulation (EC) No. 174/2005 imposing restrictions on the supply of assistance related to military activities to Côte d'Ivoire which came into force on 16th November 2010; and
  2. amendments to Council Regulation (EC) No. 560/2005 imposing certain specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities in view of the situation in Côte d'Ivoire which came into force up to and including 2nd February 2011.

The Order was made on 25th February 2011 and came into force on 26th February 2011.

Town Criterium (Jersey) Order 2011. Minister for Transport and Technical Services.

This Order allows the closure of streets in St. Helier for the holding of the Town Criterium cycle event on Sunday, 29th May 2011. The Order also sets out for that event certain variations of the usual arrangements for one-way traffic in town and other ancillary provisions.

The Order was made on 25th February 2011 and came into force on being made. R&O.23/2011.

This Order amends the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places) (Jersey) Order 2006 and the Road Traffic (Public Parking Places– Charges) (Jersey) Order 2010 with the effect that Gas Place ceases to be a public car park.

The Order was made on 25th February 2011 and comes into force on 4th March 2011.
