This Order amends the Community Provisions (Restrictive Measures – Guinea-Bissau) (Jersey) Order 2012 so as to give effect to an amendment to Council Regulation (EU) No. 377/2012. The amendment substitutes Annex I to that Council Regulation, being a list of persons referred to in Article 2 of that Council Regulation.
The Order was made on 7th June 2012 and came into force forthwith.
