This Order increases the fee payable on an application to register or renew the registration of a lodging house. From 1st December 2012 the fee will be £12.67 multiplied by the maximum number of persons proposed to be lodged. The fee was last increased on 1st December 2011, when the amount to be multiplied was set at £12.36.

The Order was made on 19th October 2012 and comes into force on 1st December 2012.
