This Order allows the Jersey Motor Cycle and Light Car Club to hold motor races on Saturday 25th June 2016, on 2 courses in the parish of St. Ouen , and to close certain roads in the parish for that purpose.

The Order was made on 3rd May 2016 and came into force on being made.

What are the potential technical, as opposed to political, difficulties of introducing GST for fee- paying schools, particularly with regard to schools which may be defined as charities and are therefore currently exempt from GST?
