Immigration (Fees) (Amendment No. 3) (Jersey) Order 2019.
This Order amends the Immigration (Fees) Jersey) Order 2017 so as to remove the requirement for a fee to be payable where an application for leave to remain is made in respect of a person who under the Immigration Rules is to be regarded as an EU citizen, a family member of an EU citizen or a family member of a qualifying British citizen.
The Order was made on 7th February 2019 and came into force forthwith.
