Money Laundering (Amendment No. 11) (Jersey) Order 2020.
This Order makes provision for further amendments to the Money Laundering (Jersey) Order 2008 for the following purposes –
- to enable the Minister to approve forms for the purpose of reporting procedures and related disclosure requirements;
- to update certain cross references and make other consequential amendments, including amendments to the Proceeds of Crime (Duties of Non-Professional Trustees) (Jersey) Order 2016;
- to clarify certain provisions relating to reliance on other persons to carry out identification measures. This Order comes into force 7 days after it is made.
The Order was made on 5th February 2020 and came into force on 12th February 2020.

Planning and Building (Island Plan) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2020.
This Order amends the Planning and Building (Island Plan) (Jersey) Order 2009, so as to permit persons who are planning inspectors and are also States' employees to conduct examinations in public relating to a draft Island Plan under the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002.
The Order may be cited as the Planning and Building (Island Plan) (Amendment) (Jersey) Order 2020 and comes into force 7 days after it is made.
The Order was made on 7th February 2020 and came into force on 14th February 2020.

Air Navigation (Fees) (Amendment No. 2) (Jersey) Order 2020.
This Order amends the Air Navigation (Fees) (Jersey) Order 2015 to increase from £78 to £82 the fee for a grant of permission –
- for an aircraft, registered outside Jersey, the United Kingdom or its Territories and Dependencies, to take on board or discharge any passengers or cargo in Jersey or be flown over Jersey for the purposes of aerial work; and
- for a small unmanned aircraft to be flown for the purpose of aerial work.
The Order was made on 7th February 2020 and came into force on 8th February 2020.
