Report

The Committee, subject to States approval, intends to complete the redevelopment of the Old Elysée Estate with the completion of Phase III of this project.

Phase III is programmed to start in mid-July 2000, with the construction of 34 units of accommodation, consisting of four three-bedroom houses, five  two-bedroom houses, 17 two-bedroom flats and eight one-bedroom flats, a shop and related landscaping works. The project will also include the demolition of the remaining 50 sub-standard units of accommodation.

The existing accommodation is now vacant, as most families have been re-housed in Phase II of the works, which were completed in March this year.
