PROPOSITION
THE STATES are asked to decide whether they are of opinion -
(a ) to approve the lease to Hi-Speed Freight Limited of a total of 4,292 square feet of accommodation in the
Freight Terminal at Jersey Airport for a period of three years commencing on 1st April 2001 at an annual rent of £23,898.90, subject to annual review on 1st April 2002 and 1st April 2003;
(b ) to authorise the Greffier of the States to sign the necessary agreement;
(c ) to authorise the Treasurer of the States to receive the rent as it becomes due.
