PROPOSITION

THE STATES are asked to decide whether they are of opinion

to approve the appointments of Jurat Suzanne Elizabeth Marett-Crosby, née Marett, and Jurat Charles Richard Blampied, for the purpose of administering the income of the Greville Bathe Fund.

REPORT

The Will of the late Greville Inverness Bathe provided for the setting-up of a Fund to be known as the Greville Bathe Fund. This Fund provides relief to the sick, needy and aged persons of either sex, and to local charities.

The administration of the Fund is carried out by 4 Jurats of the Royal Court selected by the States of Jersey.

The Superior Number of the Royal Court approved the appointment of –

  • Jurat Suzanne Elizabeth Marrett-Crosby to the Greville Bathe Fund in place of Jurat  Stanley  John  Le Cornu,  who  ceased  to  hold  the  office  of  Jurat  on 23rd September 2014; and
  • Jurat Charles Richard Blampied to the Greville Bathe Fund in place of Jurat Peter John Morgan, who ceased to hold the office of Jurat on 17th August 2014.

The other Trustees of the Fund are Jurat Paul Nicolle and Jurat Jill Meredith Clapham. Financial and manpower implications
