THE STATES are asked to decide whether they are of opinion
to approve the appointment of Jurat Colette Crill for the purpose of administering the income of the Greville Bathe Fund.

REPORT
The Will of the late Greville Inverness Bathe provided for the setting-up of a fund to be known as the Greville Bathe Fund. This Fund provides relief to the sick, needy and aged persons of either sex and to local charities.
The administration of the Fund is carried out by 4 Jurats of the Royal Court selected by the States of Jersey.
The Superior Number of the Royal Court approved the appointment of Jurat Colette Crill to the Greville Bathe Fund in place of Jurat Jill Meredith Clapham, who ceased to hold the office of Jurat on 21st April 2015.
The other Trustees of the Fund are Jurat Paul Nicolle, Jurat Charles Richard Blampied and Jurat Suzanne Elizabeth Marett-Crosby.
