- In response to mysupplementaryoralquestionof9thNovember 2004, the President stated that information from the Nottingham study referred to inR.C. 48/2004 would be available attheend of the year.

- S ta t isticsfor the fourth quarter ending 31st December 2004, have notyet been collated.Theyshouldbe available inabouttwoweekstime. I would also remind the Deputy of the full answer to that question, that is, that onequarter's statistics is unlikelyto give the full picture and that a post implementation auditof the new system will be conducted afterone full calendar year of implementation.
- T h e system would apply inthesamewayas it doesto everyone else. Allassessments are basedon a medical review which would take account of any relevant health conditionand resulting loss offaculty.

T h e study has yet to be completed. At the present time, I have been given no definite date for the final
report. This report will be published when available.
