- W i llthePanel have a budget and, ifso,where will itcome from, how is the provision of a Committee Clerk to be funded, has it been confirmed with both H.M. Attorney Generaland the Law Draftsman that they have time to attend Panel meetings and, if not, will therebe a needtoemploy more staff?

- T h e proposedmembersofthe Legislation AdvisoryPanelwere approached by the Chairmanof the Panel, the Connétable ofSt.Ouen, and thesenominations have my full support.
